From the time I entered to the time I departed the customer service was exceptional 😊 I typically see one individual but she was not in as the business also specializes in home tinting etc. The entire staff is amazing and you get to enjoy great snacks and beverages while you wait on your services to be completed. I am pleased with my tints and I highly recommend this business 😍😍

The owner Keith is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I overpaid online for a service I didn’t need and was quickly informed and issued a refund. I also like that the prices are openly displayed so there’s no worry of being taken advantage of. Lastly my tint came out wonderfully I’ll definitely let my friends and family know where to come.

I love how they have their business set up, straight forward pricing (no "call for a quote" nonsense) pay online, schedule online, show up and get your tint done! Nice waiting area, relatively fast service (my tint job took about 1.5 hours). I will be using Tint Genius for all my future tinting needs.

Keith put me in place of a no show, went in, and I was back out in less than an hour with a great looking tint. Couldn't have asked for more.

Definitely an amazing place to go to get your windows tinted. Staff is very knowledgeable on the products, complete with demonstration of tint varieties to better help you decide which one to get. Waiting area was very clean with plenty of amenities to keep you feeling at home and welcome, but don't get too comfortable. Basic tinting was done within the hour and at the end, a walkaround the vehicle and some cautions and tips to make it turn out the best. I know if anyone needs their windows tinted, Tint Genius is where I'm going to send them.

Everything went well. Got there at 5:20 on a Fri. And was Able to get my front windows tinted before they closed @6. The customer service is like old school customer service. The service is amazing. The young lady immediately greeted me and assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. She took the time to explain service and the difference between the tints. It’s very clean inside and they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Prices are great as well.

I drove an hour for the Tint Genius experience and it did not disappoint. The excellent customer service online and in person, the comfortable waiting area to the efficiency of service…10/10 would recommend and will definitely return if services are needed in the future!

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, I arrived around 355 and I was leaving the shop around 5pm. The service was quick, the technicians did an excellent job and even the young lady that greeted me was very knowledgeable in explaining the different types of tint to me and actually testing them. Their setup at the shop is very accommodating with drinks coffees and refreshments! EVERY Free. I would recommend tint genius to any and everyone!

I called wanting a quote for sunroom and he was in the area came by gave me estimate and due to a cancelation I was able to receive service that SAME DAY. I recently purchased a 2025 Lexus ES 350 F Sport. My windows were tinted by the dealership, but there was a manufacturer defect to the back windshield so I had to get another back windshield installed by the Lexus Dealer. I was told to wait at least 2 weeks before tinting the back windshield. The Lexus Dealer was over an hour away from where I live so I decided to contat Tint Genius mainly because of the good reviews I read online. My appointment was at 9:00 am November 27th, 2024. I was in and out by 10:00 am. The tint job was done to my satisfaction. I will be returning to get another vehicle tinted. I failed to mention that the Tint Genius staff is very professional and knowledgeable.

On numerous occasions, I drove by Tint Genius in McDonough and just felt like they may be an overpriced conglomerate, during this day and age when you're struggling for your funds. I stopped and on this day, I do not regret it at all! Every member I encountered
from front desk to installation via in person or telephonically displayed a level of professionalism beyond reproach. I wanted tinting on patio door and windows (just in case you didn't think about energy conservation on HVAC sys.). Now my air does not work long and hard to cool my home! Pricing was reasonably address based upon my needs as a customer! Will I go to them again??? Indubitably!

Excellent experience, i purchased my tints online. Once i got there they were very friendly and ready to take care of me. I did have an issue with one tint that had minor scratches. I contacted them and they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent location. The waiting room its really nice and feels premium

I recently had my Tesla Model 3 tinted at Tint Genius. When I got my vehicle back I was blown away by the quality of the work. Quotes for this vehicle were all over the place. I settled on Tint Genius because of price and location. I have had 15 vehicles tinted over the years. None of these shops were as professional and high tech as Tint Genius. The facility is not only spotless but their methods are extremely high tech. If you choose to wait for your vehicle you are treated to coffee, water, soda, beer and an array of snacks. In addition they have chargers for your devices at their work stations.
