Everything went well. Got there at 5:20 on a Fri. And was Able to get my front windows tinted before they closed @6. The customer service is like old school customer service. It's good to know there are a few places left that value their customers and the product has a lifetime warranty. Great job Tint Genius!!

Great customer service and very professional. Removed my old tint from all the windows and applied the new tint in less that 1.5 hours. I discovered Tint Genius on Google after doing some extensive researching and reading reviews. They did an excellent job on tinting my front 2 windows, sunroof, and Sun-strip on my 2024 CRV. I received excellent customer service, fast servicing and a budget friendly price for ceramic. I was in and out in no time (about an hour or so) ! Tint Genius was like no other shop I’d visited in the past years. Their shop was so beautiful, clean, organized, sophisticated with comfortable seating, charging cords / station & free snacks! As another reviewer stated, I now wish I had another car just to go back to get tint again too. Look no further seriously … I would totally recommend them!

I was very happy with the customer service provided. The staff was very friendly, professional and explained the process ahead of time and offered instructions after the process was complete. The facility was very nice with a comfortable waiting are for relaxation or work. There were a variety of complimentary snacks, a nice tv and a very clean environment. I was a walk in with no wait time and the process was very fast. The work looks amazing and it looks exactly like the factory tint on my other windows. I would highly recommend this place and will always go back there in the future.

I recently had my Tesla Model 3 tinted at Tint Genius. When I got my vehicle back I was blown away by the quality of the work. Quotes for this vehicle were all over the place. I settled on Tint Genius because of price and location. I have had 15 vehicles tinted over the years. None of these shops were as professional and high tech as Tint Genius. The facility is not only spotless but their methods are extremely high tech. If you choose to wait for your vehicle you are treated to coffee, water, soda, beer and an array of snacks. In addition they have chargers for your devices at their work stations.

We absolutely loved our experience at Tint Genius! Christina is so professional and friendly and is very knowledgeable about car tinting. This is my second time going to them and it was just as amazing as the first time. She remembers her customers and makes them feel at home while you wait for your car. They have an amazing waiting area where you can relax. I highly recommend them for all of your car tinting needs!

Customer service was top notch, I was told application of tint would take about an hour; it was an hour. Professional job. Oh, really nice refreshment bar, comfy chairs, and television while you wait. I’m happy and my car looks great! She’s ready!!!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I had an appointment at 9:30 and they carried my car right back. Great service quality work. I would highly recommend this location in McDonough.

I called earlier in the week to make my appointment. The staff was very professional and shared details that I could expect for my appointment today. Upon arrival, I was greeted timely, given a top of the line presentation of all options available for me. The turn around for removing factory tint and reapplying the tint I chose was more than reasonable. The shop feels like a boutique where you would not mind waiting for your vehicle. Nice furniture, complimentary refreshments and a staff that smiles is everything. Oh and when I picked up my vehicle I was walked to my car and given an closing consultation of what to expect in the coming days. This is the best concept tint shop that I have ever visited. I will be back with my other vehicles!!

Hassan was extremely helpful and very professional. He explained each option to me. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. My appointment was set, although I arrived a little early my car was taken to the back right away and done in under 30. I am very satisfied with the results.

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, I arrived around 355 and I was leaving the shop around 5pm. The service was quick, the technicians did an excellent job and even the young lady that greeted me was very knowledgeable in explaining the different types of tint to me and actually testing them. Their setup at the shop is very accommodating with drinks coffees and refreshments! EVERY Free. I would recommend tint genius to any and everyone!

Tint Genius got me in on a Saturday which impressed me. They got right to work on my car and had it finished in about an hour. The waiting area is well stocked with drinks and snacks.

I guess, if you are taking the time to read this review though, that you want to know about the quality of their work. Well... Tint Genius did a wonderful job with my tinting on the sides and rear. Compared to other places I have used in the past, the quality of their work is 5-star. You may find lower prices somewhere else if you look long and hard enough, but the price is very reasonable for the quality of work they perform and for the excellent customer service they provide. I plan on returning in the future to have the front windshield done. I highly recommend!!
