The service is amazing. The young lady immediately greeted me and assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. She took the time to explain service and the difference between the tints. It’s very clean inside and they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Prices are great as well.

On numerous occasions, I drove by Tint Genius in McDonough and just felt like they may be an overpriced conglomerate, during this day and age when you're struggling for your funds. I stopped and on this day, I do not regret it at all! Every member I encountered
from front desk to installation via in person or telephonically displayed a level of professionalism beyond reproach. I wanted tinting on patio door and windows (just in case you didn't think about energy conservation on HVAC sys.). Now my air does not work long and hard to cool my home! Pricing was reasonably address based upon my needs as a customer! Will I go to them again??? Indubitably!

Tint Genius got me in on a Saturday which impressed me. They got right to work on my car and had it finished in about an hour. The waiting area is well stocked with drinks and snacks.

I guess, if you are taking the time to read this review though, that you want to know about the quality of their work. Well... Tint Genius did a wonderful job with my tinting on the sides and rear. Compared to other places I have used in the past, the quality of their work is 5-star. You may find lower prices somewhere else if you look long and hard enough, but the price is very reasonable for the quality of work they perform and for the excellent customer service they provide. I plan on returning in the future to have the front windshield done. I highly recommend!!

Everything went well. Got there at 5:20 on a Fri. And was Able to get my front windows tinted before they closed @6. The customer service is like old school customer service. It's good to know there are a few places left that value their customers and the product has a lifetime warranty. Great job Tint Genius!!

Excellent customer service, great shop with neat décor (and snacks), and good communication.

We had our Tesla Cyberbeast wrapped in XPEL Satin Midnight Black PPF, plus all the windows tinted.

Tint Genius encountered trouble adding XPEL-approved ceramic coating to the satin PPF (turned out streaky in spots), but handled the situation well, paying for a rental vehicle while redoing the wrap and refunding the ceramic coating. We did not try to add the ceramic coating again because we were unsure whether it would turn out well on a second attempt.

The customer service here is great, with employees being kind, helpful, and patient.

Great customer service and very professional. Removed my old tint from all the windows and applied the new tint in less that 1.5 hours. I'll be honest, I didn't expect this place to live up to the expectation placed by all the reviews. That probably says a bit about me, but oh well. Anyway, these guys are seriously worth the hype. Very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and everything else you could ever want from a tint shop. The price is just slightly on the higher end of tint, but well worth every penny. Any tint I need done in the future will guaranteed be done here.

I used this business for the first time to remove old tint from my truck and install new window tint. I was impressed by the professionalism of the lady on the phone and then in person at the business. The waiting area was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The working area was clean and organized. The new install looks great as well. I will give them 5 stars and my recommendation to anyone who asks.
