Excellent experience, i purchased my tints online. Once i got there they were very friendly and ready to take care of me. I did have an issue with one tint that had minor scratches. I contacted them and they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend this place. Excellent location. The waiting room its really nice and feels premium

The customer service was excellent. The waiting room was clean, organized, and stocked with snacks and Wi-Fi. They provided clear details on the different tint packages. We had our front windows tinted and are very happy with the result. Highly recommend this place!

I called just to get an idea as to when I could get an appointment. They were able to fit me in, same day, an hour before closing. They were able to tint the sides, rear, and windshield in an hour. The service was fantastic and the quality of their work was top notch. From now on I'll only be coming to Tint Genius for my vehicles.

Great customer service and very professional. Removed my old tint from all the windows and applied the new tint in less that 1.5 hours. The service is amazing. The young lady immediately greeted me and assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. She took the time to explain service and the difference between the tints. It’s very clean inside and they offer complimentary snacks and drinks. Prices are great as well.

Definitely an amazing place to go to get your windows tinted. Staff is very knowledgeable on the products, complete with demonstration of tint varieties to better help you decide which one to get. Waiting area was very clean with plenty of amenities to keep you feeling at home and welcome, but don't get too comfortable. Basic tinting was done within the hour and at the end, a walkaround the vehicle and some cautions and tips to make it turn out the best. I know if anyone needs their windows tinted, Tint Genius is where I'm going to send them.

I called earlier in the week to make my appointment. The staff was very professional and shared details that I could expect for my appointment today. Upon arrival, I was greeted timely, given a top of the line presentation of all options available for me. The turn around for removing factory tint and reapplying the tint I chose was more than reasonable. The shop feels like a boutique where you would not mind waiting for your vehicle. Nice furniture, complimentary refreshments and a staff that smiles is everything. Oh and when I picked up my vehicle I was walked to my car and given an closing consultation of what to expect in the coming days. This is the best concept tint shop that I have ever visited. I will be back with my other vehicles!!

I tinted my vehicle here 2 years ago, and I came back today because of that previous experience. I didn't expect to get my vehicle done today because I arrived 15 minutes before closing without an appointment to make an appointment. Excellent service & very professional. I had a sun shield installed on my 2023 Santa Fe windshield. My wife wanted it modified & they not only corrected what she wanted (my fault for not reading her mind) but did it in 30 mins. I highly recommend these guy's!!!
