I had such high hopes from this place, especially with all the great reviews but unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. I paid total $517 for basic tint. Insane.

Everything went well. Got there at 5:20 on a Fri. And was Able to get my front windows tinted before they closed @6. The customer service is like old school customer service. It's good to know there are a few places left that value their customers and the product has a lifetime warranty. Great job Tint Genius!!

Decent quality work but if you have an "older car" it gets bumped to the end of the day regardless of your appointment.

EXCELLENT! My fiancé took me here after getting her tints done. I was able to book effortlessly online, and when I got there they took my car right in. We were greeted at the door by Amaan who was super friendly and informative. The waiting room was spacious with complimentary snacks and charging station. The overall time was an hour, and I was given detailed instructions regarding maintenance. Great experience I will be going back for my windshield.

Awesome experience! Warm greeting as soon as I opened the door. Clearly laid out options. Waiting area is clean and neat with food options. I was in and out in an hour. Plus, my windows look GOOD!

My wife got her car tinted here and 3 of the 5 windows had major bubbles. Almost like the person tinting the car had never done it before. She called and they said bring it back it's life time warranty and they'll fix it. When she brought it back the told her they aren't going to change but 1 window and that was the best they could do for free. I didn't know paying $400 was free, maybe they can explain that one. After that they said we'll just give you your money back and send you on your way. Terrible company, 0 of 5 stars and will be reporting them the better business bureau. The way they treated and talked to my wife was completely unacceptable. What good is a lifetime warranty if you don't install it right to begin with then refuse to fix the problem?

UPDATE: There is a minimum of a 3 inch bubble in the back window. You told my wife "consider this a gift. Happy birthday" despicable.

Tinting was VERY professional, staff were amazing, seating was comfortable, complimentary refreshments and snacks

I have had several cars tinted over the years using multiple tint shops. I have never used the same shop because I was never happy with the job after completion.

Tint Genius I would say is one of the top efficient and attentive businesses out here.I had a appointment at 9:00 am opening and that is the actual time they opened, not 5 after so there very prompt and knowledgeable about there product.Customer service is A1.I definitely would recommend these guys for your window tinting experience

This place was great! Customer service was awesome and she took the time to explain to me what the tint visibility would look like and how the heat protection would work. I had an excellent experience from beginning to end!

My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, I arrived around 355 and I was leaving the shop around 5pm. The service was quick, the technicians did an excellent job and even the young lady that greeted me was very knowledgeable in explaining the different types of tint to me and actually testing them. Their setup at the shop is very accommodating with drinks coffees and refreshments! EVERY Free. I would recommend tint genius to any and everyone!
